Returns Policy

1. Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue either a store credit or an exchange
  • Refunds are not available for change-of-mind returns

Exclusions:

  • Final sale or clearance items cannot be returned
  • For hygiene reasons, wrist straps, knee sleeves, and worn gym accessories cannot be returned unless faulty

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

We offer a refund, repair, or replacement if the item you receive:

  • Is faulty or defective
  • Is not as described
  • Has a major failure

For minor faults, we may provide a repair or replacement instead of a refund.

3. How to Submit a Claim

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

  • Contact us at contact@oraathletica.com within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Include your order number, clear photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue

If your claim is approved:

  • We will provide a prepaid return label, if required
  • Once the item is received and inspected, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit

4. Return Process

To initiate any return:

  • Email contact@oraathletica.com with your order number and reason for return
  • We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid label for faulty items
  • Pack your item securely and ship it back
  • Once received and inspected, your return will be processed within 5 business days

5. Refund and Store Credit Terms

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Store credits will be provided as a gift card code for use on future orders
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue is caused by ORA Athletica
