1. Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During peak periods (e.g. holiday seasons or sales events), processing may take up to 5 business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship within Australia only, using Aramex. Estimated delivery times and shipping rates are listed below:
Standard Shipping (Excludes Western Australia)
- Delivery Time: 2–5 business days
- Shipping Fee: A$9.99 for orders under A$120
- Free standard shipping on orders over A$120
Standard Shipping (Western Australia)
- Delivery Time: 7–10 business days
- Shipping Fee: A$9.99 for orders under A$120
- Free standard shipping on orders over A$120
Express Shipping (Excludes Western Australia)
- Delivery Time: 1–3 business days
- Shipping Fee: A$14.99
Express Shipping (Western Australia)
- Delivery Time: 3–5 business days
- Shipping Fee: A$14.99

3. Shipping Delays & Issues
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays can occur due to:
- High order volumes
- Severe weather conditions
- Courier network disruptions
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Parcels
Once a parcel is marked as delivered by Aramex, ORA Athletica is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

4. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate.
- If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it- however, additional shipping charges will apply.
- If the parcel is lost due to an incorrect address, ORA Athletica is not liable for replacement or refund.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
- Contact us at Contact@oraathletica.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos and a description of the issue
- We’ll assess your claim and offer a suitable resolution (replacement, refund, or store credit)
Note: We do not cover damage caused by courier mishandling. Please submit claims for such issues directly to the courier.

6. Returns & Refunds for Shipping Issues
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by ORA Athletica.
- If your order is returned due to a delivery failure (e.g. incorrect address, unclaimed parcel), reshipping fees will apply.
